Architecturally, this allows a diversity of form and aesthetic in the fabric of the development which has to be robust enough to allow for opportunities which can develop and move through the passage of time, through economic, civic and cultural evolution of the urban environment.” . - David Thornton, Principal Buchan Group Architects.
